Rights & Usage
Artists retain copyright of their work.
By entering the competition, participants grant Copenhagen Occult Club, The MAGICK Summit and Odds & Ends permission to display submitted works in connection with the competition, including on websites, social media, exhibitions, promotional materials, and related publications.
Both winning artists (Community's Choice and COC Panel Choice) grant Copenhagen Occult Club, The MAGICK Summit and Odds & Ends a non-exclusive, perpetual license to reproduce, publish, exhibit, archive, and use their winning designs in connection with current and future MAGICK Summit activities, promotions, publications, exhibitions, merchandise, and historical documentation.
The Community's Choice winning design will additionally become the Official Poster of the First MAGICK Summit and may be printed and sold as a limited-edition art print.
Copyright remains with the artist.
Artists will be credited whenever reasonably possible.
