At Køge Museum
On October 25th, Køge Museum will open its doors for a special day dedicated to history, mystery, and creativity. We invite sellers and makers of witchy, spiritual, occult, and alternative goods to take part in this unique indoor market, where visitors can discover everything from candles, ceramics, jewelry, art, antiques, oracle or tarot cards, and books, to other curious and magical creations.
The market itself will be held indoors at the museum, giving your offerings a beautiful and atmospheric backdrop within the historic setting. Alongside the stalls, the day will feature guided town walks, engaging lectures, and opportunities for visitors to explore the museum’s exhibitions.
In the courtyard, the museum’s historic Daldorphs House will be transformed into a haven for fortune telling, where guests can experience the mysteries of tarot readings, palmistry, and other divinatory arts. This will create an enchanting atmosphere that complements the market and invites guests to immerse themselves fully in the day’s spirit.
This event is designed to attract a broad audience—curious locals, history enthusiasts, witches, and seekers of the mystical—making it a wonderful opportunity to share your craft and connect with new customers.

Price pr. table/seat in Reader’s House is 400 dkk.
(Participation fee to be paid via a payment link once your application has been approved).

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the maket is fully booked, so do not hessitate too long before you apply. I look forward to hearing from you.

Price & Payment:
400 DKK (incl. tax/moms) pr. table / seat in Reader’s House (Daldorphs Hus)
Payment is made directly via a simple, secure link to the Lobster Moon webshop, that will be sent once your application is approved. You’ll have 14 days to pay. Please note that your spot isn’t secured until payment is completed—so to avoid reminders (and the risk of losing your table or seat), it’s best to take care of the payment as soon as possible and before the deadline.
Cancellation:
Please note: If you have to cancel and IF I can give your table / seat in the Reader’s House to someone else a refund will be possible, otherwise there is no refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the market there is NO REFUND. In case you have to cancel (whether you have already paid or not) please send me an e-mail as soon as possible at copenhagenoccultclub@gmail.com.
The market time frame:
8:30 - 9:45 setting up
(Reader’s House participants meet at 9:00 sharp)
9:45 - 10:00 swapping / shopping from eachother
10:00 - 16:00 the marked is ON.
16:01 - 17:00 packing away.
We would like to be READY to open at 10 o’clock SHARP on the day of the market, so arrive no later than 9 o’clock but no earlier than 8:30.
I want to do a small collective gathering for all participants at 9:30 ish just to start the day with good, magical and communial vibes.
Please stay until we close and keep your stand open for business until 16:00, it gives a bad energy if people starts packing up too early. We will help the museum staff clear away all the tables. The museum will do the cleaning etc, you just need to clear away your own trash etc.
Tables + Seats:
TABLE SIZE: 120 x 80 cm wooden folding tables (same as last time).
All vendors and creators will have the possibility to sit on a chair by their table. Maximum two chairs pr. table as standard. Køge Museum will provide the chairs and tables.
READER’S HOUSE
This is a flexible space and there is a long old wooden table with benches and a few smaller tables with chairs. (More info will be added soon!)
If your offering require that you bring a massage table, please note this in your application. A massage table will require payments for two seats.
You are allowed to bring a very SMALL selections of physical offerings/products, but your main offerings is your readings or sessions.
The museum is working on a heating solution!!! But perhaps a good idea to bring a blanket and a warm sweater.
In the Reader’s House you COLLECTIVELY decide your sitting arrangements on the day of the market. So your meeting time is 9:00 sharp! (More info about this later)
Parking:
There is NO parking at the museum.
PLEASE BE AWARE: You need to pay for parking in Køge on Saturdays until 15:00! (10 dkk pr. hour)

Please note: Neither Copenhagen Occult Club nor Køge Museum can be held responsible for parking tickets etc, so we kindly ask all participants to make sure they follow the local parking rules themselves.

BE MINDFUL: IT IS A MUSEUM IN AN VERY OLD HOUSE AND YOUR TABLE WILL BE NEXT TO EXHIBITIONS.
AND… REMEMBER YOUR MOTHER DOES NOT WORK HERE, SO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! ;-)
