Finally! The tarot project I've been working on with occult artist Daniel Martin Diaz is now available for pre-order!

We had been online friends for a while when Daniel called me in early May 2022 with lots of tarot-related questions. I didn’t think too much of it until he called me again a few weeks later and asked me to write the guidebook for the deck he had just started creating. I was excited, honored and in awe (obviously), as this was a dream assignment for an aspiring writer and occult nerd like me. We started working on this enigmatic project soon after.

Fueled by a passion for the project, we set out on a seemingly impossible, rather bold and a bit naive Fool’s Journey together – with thousands of kilometers between us – convinced that we could do this. With a mutual trust in each other's abilities, plus a little luck and divine intervention from above as well as below (and the world’s best editors Jocelyn and Rasmus), we actually made it! The project is finally starting to materialize, with the deck and book currently in production! Who would have thought it was possible to create and self-publish an epic original 78-card tarot deck / write a complete guidebook in less than four months?!

Daniel created the amazingly mystical hand-drawn art from his base in the desert state of Arizona. At the same time, I wrote the accompanying guidebook from my home in the suburbs of Copenhagen. A true international project of mystery! 

Our individual ambitions were always secondary, as the creative vision of this project was always about creating something lasting and meaningful for the modern seeker of metaphysical guidance. An occult tool for divination, introspection and spiritual enlightenment. Hopefully this will be a supportive and encouraging arcane light in the darkness of the modern world, that the seeker will cherish and keep forever.
