Witch Summer Camp 2026

Workshop & Ritual Application

Do you dream of facilitating a workshop, a collective ritual, or a ceremony at Witch Summer Camp?

As a facilitator, you’ll become part of the living magick of Witch Summer Camp — sharing your craft, guiding others, and co-creating transformation in a circle of experienced witches from around the world. It’s a chance to deepen your own practice, explore your edges as a teacher and space-holder, and be inspired by the diverse ways others walk their paths. You’ll leave not only having offered your wisdom, but also enriched, expanded, and woven into a wider web of modern witchcraft.

Witch Summer Camp is created for practicing witches who are already immersed in their craft. Workshops and rituals should reflect that level of experience.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS:

At camp, there will be two workshops each day, lasting around 2,5–3 hours each (including break) — one in the morning (after breakfast) and one in the afternoon (after lunch). Sessions may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the facilitator’s needs and the weather.

Each workshop will begin with a short, relaxed 15-minute conversation between the workshop facilitator and COC founder Mariia. This will be an informal “getting to know you” moment before diving into the work — a way to land, connect, and set the tone together.

ADVANCED WORKSHOPS

We’re looking for advanced workshops that challenge, deepen, and expand participants’ understanding. That said, there’s absolutely room for facilitating entry-level experiences if the topic itself is rare, unusual, or explores a niche aspect of the occult.

Expect participants to already be familiar with the most common witchcraft and occult practices. They will come eager to go deep, evolve their craft, and explore new layers of magick, mystery, and personal growth.

TOPICS & THEMES

Any topic or theme is welcome at this stage of application. Since the camp will be held in a forest in Denmark, you might wish to weave the natural setting into your workshop — though this is optional.

In a recent survey of interested participants, almost everyone expressed an interest in Danish, Northern, Scandinavian, and broader Northern European witchcraft and occult traditions. Many also shared curiosity about practices and perspectives from other parts of the world. So — anything goes, as long as it is respectful, engaging, and thoughtfully shared.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

Please keep in mind that our participants are modern, practicing witches from all over the world, with diverse backgrounds, paths, and levels of experience. To support that diversity, consider the following:

  • Depth and accessibility: Design an offering that is advanced yet open enough for others to engage with meaningfully.

  • Ethics and safety: Avoid cultural appropriation and the use of “closed” practices unless you are a direct practitioner with permission to share. No animal or blood sacrifice, and no summoning of dangerous or harmful entities.

  • Inclusivity of belief: Participants will hold many different perspectives — Pagan, Wiccan, folk magick, chaos magick, animist, ceremonial, and beyond. Please frame your work so that everyone can learn from it, even if they don’t share your cosmology or pantheon.

  • No proselytizing: Share from your path, not for conversion or persuasion. The goal is to exchange wisdom, not recruit followers or convince others of a single truth or path.

  • Trauma awareness and consent: Be mindful that deep magical or spiritual work can stir emotions. Ensure participants have clear choices and support throughout.

  • Holding space: You’ll be guiding witches with strong practices of their own — grounding, clear boundaries, and mutual respect are key.

  • Language: All workshops and rituals must be held in English, to ensure that everyone can participate fully. You don’t need to be fluent — what matters most is clarity and care in your communication.

  • Environment: Workshops can take place indoors in one of the large rooms — each with a fireplace and space for either tables, chairs, or floor seating — or outdoors in the forest or around the campsite grounds. The outdoor areas have varying levels, natural clearings, and two bonfire sites available for use. Please plan accordingly for uneven terrain, shifting weather, and limited access to electricity or technology.

  • Format and materials: Workshops are typically 2,5–3 hours (including break) with around 25 participants. Please note if you require any special materials, tools, or conditions. Please note that the camp does not have a projector on site.

We’re not asking anyone to “shrink to fit” — only to hold your magick in a way that invites others to explore and grow beside you. <3

ABOUT RITUALS & CEREMONIES:

Each evening after sundown, we’ll gather for a shared ritual or ceremony — most often around the large amphitheater-style bonfire beneath the trees. These gatherings are meant to be immersive, communal, and memorable moments of shared magick.

Rituals and ceremonies should be inclusive, participatory, and accessible to witches from diverse paths and traditions. While you’re welcome to draw on your personal spiritual framework, please avoid centering the work around specific deities, pantheons, or closed practices, so that all participants can engage fully. (So focus more on “the universe”, nature, ancestors, the camp tribe, etc instead of specific gods or goddesses.)

We’re seeking rituals that feel grand, aesthetic, and beautiful, while remaining grounded in authentic magical experience — ceremonies that bring people together, awaken awe, and embody transformation.

Each ritual should:

  • Last no longer than 1–2 hours (including everything)

  • Be designed for approximately 25 or more participants.

  • Be safe and suitable for an outdoor setting (around fire, on forest ground, etc.).

  • Actively involve the group — through movement, chant, offering, visualization, or collective spellwork.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

To support our community’s diversity and safety, please also keep in mind:

  • Depth and accessibility: Create an experience that invites everyone to participate meaningfully, regardless of background.

  • Ethics and safety: Avoid cultural appropriation or closed practices unless you are a direct, permitted practitioner. No animal or blood sacrifice, and no summoning of dangerous or uninvited entities.

  • Inclusivity of belief: Participants come from many traditions — Pagan, Wiccan, folk magick, chaos magick, animist, ceremonial, and beyond. Keep the focus on shared experience rather than personal doctrine.

  • No proselytizing: Share from your path, not for persuasion or conversion. Ritual is a space of shared magick, not ideology.

  • Trauma awareness and consent: Some participants may be sensitive to deep energetic work. Build in grounding, choice, and care.

  • Holding space: You’ll be guiding powerful, experienced practitioners — clear structure, grounding, and respect are essential.

  • Language: All rituals must be held in English to ensure full inclusion of international participants. Fluency isn’t required — sincerity and clarity are.

  • Environment: Be prepared for outdoor conditions — darkness, firelight, weather, and forest terrain.

We’re not asking you to dilute your magick, only to craft it in a way that invites everyone present to step into the circle with openness and wonder.<3
